Accomplishments: $67.2 thousand saved yearly by strategizing revenue input and output channels whilst minimizing the number of outward contracts and instead fulfilling those needs in-house. Increased product efficiency by 12x original output ensuring a 96% overall increase with the implementation of Notion, Monday.com, Discord resulting in commendable audience feedback
Led and managed a team of 5 members (including editors, developers, and artists) to ensure successful product delivery/quality fostering a high-performing work culture. Daily meetings are a necessity to align project roadmaps and brainstorm new initiatives within products.

Accomplishments: Integrated and designed new Story Mapping workflows towards future endeavors with our digital marketing strategies. Through my oversight and collaboration with other teams and host platforms we built front and back-end web design/landing pages to launch client merchandise and increase revenue + sales

Accomplishments: Client reached over 1 million YouTube subscribers applying all set media strategies within 11 months and continues to be one of the top 5 creators on the platform in their niche forming a fun, lucrative, and competitive environment on the platform
